Before alignco, Rhonda honed her skills in her previous roles as a Communications Director on Capitol Hill, a TV news reporter and producer, and a public affairs strategist with various nonprofits and foundations. Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Policy Management from Georgetown University.
