Jessica’s first job in politics was as a press assistant on Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential campaign. She was responsible for sending each day’s news clips out by 5:00 am. This experience gave her a lifelong appreciation for strong coffee, beautiful sunrises, and fighting for progress – even when you’re tired.

As a Vice President at alignco, Jessica helps clients dream bigger, go farther, and fight for more change than they thought possible. She specializes in coalition management, infrastructure building, advertising, and strategic communications. Before joining alignco, Jessica led efforts to build progressive-owned media outlets in critical battleground states at Courier Newsroom and The American Independent. Jessica also has extensive experience developing and executing multichannel communications campaigns for the country’s largest and most important political and advocacy campaigns, including Senate Majority PAC, Planned Parenthood, EMILY’S List and more.

Jessica is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. She lives in Silver Spring, MD with her small daughter and large hound dog.
