Hailey is passionate about the power of narrative to drive meaningful change. At alignco, she works at the intersection of health technology, health policy, and healthcare communications, translating complex subjects into clear and compelling communications that move people to action. She brings particular expertise to executive and institutional communications, helping clients sharpen their message and elevate their thought leadership profiles to reach the stakeholders who matter most.

Hailey joins alignco after working with another agency where she managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including digital health startups, fintech companies, policy organizations, and nonprofits, on their strategic communications.

Prior to that, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager at the American Bakers Association, where she communicated the latest policies and regulations shaping the baking industry, including co-hosting ABA’s inaugural podcast, Bake to the Future.

A DC-area native, Hailey graduated from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) with a major in International Studies and a minor in Business Administration.
